Commersald Impianti offers a range of products mainly oriented to PTA with powder welding:

The welding machines, 200A and 400A at 100%, are supplied complete of welding torch and powder feeder. The main features of our welding machines are the high temperature of the plasma arc and its concentration that allow to obtain a very high deposition speed, while maintaining the metallurgical quality of the coating similar to TIG process.
  The welding machines are integrated in plants with cartesian motion, managed by PLC or by NC, with one or two working stations.
The flexibility of Commersald system allow to adequate the plants to the specific needs of the customer and to integrate them in robotized islands comprising of the pre-heating and of the pick and place, too.
  Commersald offers a series of machines to support the welding opreation such as: induction pre-heating machines, tungsten electrodes sharpeners, electronic oscillator etc.
For MIG welding, Commersald produces semi-automatic machines with cartesian motion.
  In addition, Commersald offers a wide range of WELDING POWDERS for PTA, tested to optimize the use of our plants in the most various fields.
